Mission Statement

In order to meet local demand for qualified real estate professionals specializing in smart growth, sustainability and urban in-fill development, Central City Development Group (CCDG), a California limited liability company, was established to focus on development and redevelopment opportunities in the greater Los Angeles and Southern California marketplace. Since its inception, CCDG has been active in various capacities of real estate development including green buildings and sustainable development practices; high-rise luxury condominiums; adaptive reuse building conversions; low income housing, transit-oriented development, land use entitlements and processing, public policy and much more.

CCDG is a partnership with the Amidi Group of Companies. The Amidi Group of Companies is comprised of several domestic and international subsidiaries that are active in various ventures including real estate, construction, property management, raw plastics distribution, bottled water technology and solutions, emerging technology investments, and graphics design.

Institutional Advisement

CCDG acknowledges the enormous challenge bestowed on financial institutions to return to solvency and is actively engaging financial institutions, brokerage houses, and investment firms in real estate development consulting and advisement services. These services include site assessments and land use analyses, financial management studies and re-positioning strategies.

Affordable Housing

CCDG has recognized that the current recession has imposed an exacerbation in the community’s demand for affordable housing solutions and services. To meet this growth in demand, CCDG has partnered with the Los Angeles Housing Partnership to meet its various development and management needs. CCDG is committed to the affordable housing model and is looking to grow in this field. To this end, CCDG welcomes the opportunity to work with affordable housing leaders in diversifying its range of development services offered.

Green Building Services

CCDG is the developer of several mixed-used, transit-oriented, green building projects in Southern California. Since its inception, CCDG has placed a keen emphasis on sustainability and green building design and development. CCDG is in the process of developing the tallest green building (in elevation) in the City of Los Angeles, “Icon on Wilshire”, and is a proud member of the U.S. Green Building Council. CCDG is currently in the process of developing nine mixed-use buildings with over 550 units in Southern California.

Development Services

CCDG provides development services and consultation to property owners, development firms, contractors, real estate brokerages, and management companies. These services include advisement on site acquisition, project feasibility analysis, planning and land use entitlements, design development construction, cost estimation, and project management.
